A clear view of
what you share.

This notice covers the Cerefine marketing website and its interactive preview. The coaching app will have its own information before account signup.

Who to contact

Cerefine Ltd is responsible for this website. For privacy questions and requests, email hello@cerefine.com.

Customer data is not for sale

We have never sold customer data. We do not sell personal information collected through this website. Our use of contact details and service providers is explained below.

The interactive preview

The example conversations, knowledge brains, memory controls, personalised coach preview and coaching-circle selections run in your browser. Circle selections use sample data and do not send invitations, connect calendars or share information with anyone. We do not send your preview answers to an AI provider or store them in an account. Refreshing or leaving the page clears this temporary state. A plan you download is saved on your own device.

When you contact us

You choose what to send, including your name, email address and message. We use that information to respond and handle your request. When the contact page opens your email app, the message is only sent when you send it there. If direct submission is enabled, the form sends your details to our configured message receiver.

When you request a launch email

If you choose to hear when the app launches, we use your email address and the consent you give to send the announcement you requested. This is separate from a general contact inquiry. It does not create an account or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing hello@cerefine.com. We keep the request while it is needed to send the announcement or until you withdraw it, then remove it from active launch mailing lists.

Website operation

Requests to the website can include your IP address, browser information and the page requested. Hosting and delivery providers process this information to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The preview does not include advertising trackers, session recording or a marketing analytics script. If a bot challenge is enabled on the contact form, its provider also processes information needed to check the submission.

Purposes and retention

We use contact details to deal with your inquiry and technical request information to operate and protect the website. Launch announcements rely on the consent you give. For inquiries and website operation, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and providing a functioning website. Correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve your inquiry, follow up on it and meet any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask us about a particular message or request if you would like it reviewed or deleted.

Service providers

Hosting, email and, where enabled, form delivery and bot protection providers may process information to provide those services. Their location and processing terms depend on the services configured for the deployed website. Contact us for the details relevant to your inquiry. The website preview does not send goal text to a coaching or voice provider.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or request a portable copy. Email us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with your data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

The next chapter

Before the new coaching app accepts account information, we will explain its AI providers, storage, retention, account controls and any international transfers. This website notice is not a description of a live coaching service.
