# Cerefine

> Your personal AI coach for clearer thinking and follow-through.

Cerefine is developing a personal AI coach built around one ongoing conversation across messages, in-app calls and check-ins. The planned app will keep goals, priorities and commitments in context, with memory the user can review and edit. Follow-ups are planned around the user's preferences. It is for ambitious people in work and life, including founders, freelancers, consultants, sales professionals, investors and creators.

This website presents the product through scripted, interactive previews. The app is in development. The demos do not create accounts, provide live AI coaching or take payment.

People will also be able to build knowledge brains from selected YouTube channels, playlists, individual videos, lists of video links and uploaded documents. Videos contribute knowledge through available transcripts. The planned app will retrieve relevant passages to inform coaching, with source references. Brains hold chosen knowledge; editable memory holds personal goals, preferences and commitments.

## Planned subscriptions
- Free: the same planned features as Plus and Pro, including knowledge brains, text and voice conversations, editable memory, commitments and follow-ups, with a limited credit allowance.
- Plus: $9.99 USD per month or $99 USD billed yearly (equivalent to $8.25/month), with more credits.
- Pro: $19.99 USD per month or $199 USD billed yearly (equivalent to $16.58/month), with the largest credit allowance.
All three plans have the same planned features. Monthly billing is the default selection; yearly billing saves about 17% on either paid plan compared with twelve monthly payments. AI usage draws from plan credits. Credit amounts and usage costs will be stated before signup. These are planned offers; the preview does not take payment.

## Optional coaching circle
Cerefine is designed to be used directly with an AI coach. As an optional feature, a planned coaching circle will let a person bring their own coaches, mentors or accountability partners into a space they control. Each supporter starts with no access. The person can choose specific goals, progress updates, calendar availability (not private event details), and separately selected chat excerpts for each supporter. Access to one scope or relationship does not imply access to other data or other supporters. The app is intended to support reviewing and revoking access; revocation cannot recall information already seen or copied. The website demonstrates draft choices with sample data only. It does not send invitations, connect calendars or share real information. Coach seats, integration availability and sharing-specific terms are not yet defined.
